Home to Channel 9's "The Block" 2026 – Limited Release at MacKillop Place:
OBrien Real Estate is proud to present a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to secure one of the final four capacious allotments within MacKillop Place – a boutique, gated community in the heart of Mount Eliza's Golden Mile.
With six lots already sold, these remaining four (Lots 7–10) now offer a rare combination of prestige, position, and profit -each leased to Channel 9's The Block for their upcoming 2026 season, returning an impressive $2,000 per week per allotment until November 2026.
This unique circumstance means investors can enjoy immediate income and high-profile tenancy from one of Australia's most iconic television productions, while owning a blue-chip piece of the Mornington Peninsula's most sought-after address.
Architectural Brilliance Meets Coastal Sophistication:
Each allotment comes with approved plans and permits for 4 resplendent, architecturally designed homes by SLAB Architects and DKO Architecture -two of Australia's most revered design studios.
Ranging from 1,232sqm to 1,474sqm, these allotments are perfectly positioned within a tranquil, tree-lined enclave of Mount Eliza, just moments from the Village, Toorak College, and the beach.
Inspired by the refined coastal Hamptons style, the residences balance natural materials -stone, timber, and rammed earth -with modern luxury, offering expansive indoor-outdoor living and elevated views of Port Phillip Bay.
