Walk to the beach, the Swan River and North Fremantle's best cafes and entertainment before returning to this ultra-cool, fully renovated home with nothing left to do but move in and relax.

Nestled by the historic 1930s Weeties Factory precinct, this beautiful two bedroom townhouse enjoys a fantastic central location on tightly held Burns Street, with a warm and friendly local community.

The home was originally built in 2000 on land that was once part of the Weeties complex. In the last three years, every inch of this home has been completely renovated and upgraded with no expense spared. Now this is a unique, modern home with a jaw-droppingly cool interior that perfectly suits its area's industrial roots.

Extensive upgrades include new double glazed windows, new oak flooring throughout, new air-conditioning, a new iStore heat pump hot water system, security mesh doors and an interior where every room has been finished to the highest standards.

With no maintenance needed, this is a perfect property for busy professional couples who want to be close to the beach, cafes and entertainment. It's also ideal for starter families, downsizers or those looking for a cool lock-up-and-leave coastal city base close to everything.

Here you can walk to a diverse medley of North Fremantle hotspots all on your doorstep, being just metres away from the Queen Victoria Street village centre. Wake up with a walk along the river before grabbing a coffee at Ooh Coffee, breakfast at Bruce Town or a pastry from Wild Bakery. In the evenings, invite friends over for a prosecco on the patio before walking to Mrs Brown Bar, Mojo's, The Bridge House or Flipside Burgers. It's an easy stroll to Port and Leighton Beaches, the Swan River, shops, parklands and community hubs like the Bowlo and North Fremantle Social Farm. The home is also close to childcare, North Fremantle Primary School, local parks and the train to the Fremantle cappuccino strip or Perth CBD.

A low-maintenance, water-wise front garden complements the classic contemporary elevation. Inside is a stunning open-plan kitchen, living and dining with painted exposed beams and oak floors that give a warm and welcoming ambience.

The kitchen is beautiful, with olive green cabinetry paired with porcelain benchtops. Brushed brass hardware runs throughout the interiors, with brushed brass handles, sink and tapware from ABI Interiors in the kitchen. Westinghouse appliances include a black dishwasher, wall oven and induction cooktop. Take your coffee to enjoy the morning sun in the back alfresco area, which has been refreshed with new roofing, and offers gated access to the carpark.

The upper floor is a delight; light-filled and airy, with an uplifting modern colour palette and two large bedrooms. The main suite has a four door built-in robe, completely fitted out with storage solutions. Views from the bedrooms stretch across to the heritage rooflines of the Queen Victoria Street precinct.

Bright and spacious, the second bedroom is a perfect multi-purpose space for a home office, studio, playroom or second living. Originally two bedrooms converted into one extra-spacious bedroom, it could be turned back into separate spaces if desired. Cellular blinds to the bedroom windows help with thermal efficiency, keeping in warmth in winter and cutting out heat in summer.

The luxurious bathroom will become your haven. Richly coloured with terracotta-coloured tiles and warm beige walls, it feels like a hotel with an elegant vanity with brushed brass tapware and spacious shower with fluted glass partition.

The house has a light-filled laundry with separate toilet for guests, with timeless terrazzo floor tile, timber benchtop and wall-mounted retractable clothesline. There is a single car parking bay in the carpark at the rear, as well as capacity to apply for a street parking permit, and a good-sized external storeroom with space for a bike.

If you are dreaming of living in a very cool location in a home that will delight every day, this stunning property could be for you.
