Stage 8 is the FINAL release of lots in Korumburra's most prestigious estate - Daisybank.

Each lot has sealed road curb and channelling, underground electricity, sewerage, telephone, water & natural gas.
The estate already boasts some very impressive houses in the previous 7 stages and this final stage has some of the best views of the surrounding area.

There is a playground for families with young children and it's only a short stroll back into the main street of town.
Historically Korumburra was an important black coal town which grew up to meet the Victorian demands for power in the late 19th century. Today it still has the Coal Creek Community Park and Museum which is a significant tourist attraction for the town, reminding visitors of its mining past. More recently, the town has focused on dairy and cattle for the local economy and Burra Foods, which is a processor and exporter of dairy ingredients, is a major employer in the town.

The town has two Primary Schools, a High School, and its own Hospital. The town is self sufficient with many amenities likely to be found in suburbia but with a rural feel.

The closest significant towns are Tooradin to the north west, Warragul to the north and Leongatha to the south east.
