Set within an exclusive cul-de-sac just seven minutes from Daylesford, this exceptional lightly treed bushland estate unfolds across approximately 3.63 hectares (8.97 acres), offering a refined expression of privacy, natural beauty, and contemporary luxury. Quietly positioned at the end of the court, this newly constructed two-bedroom residence is complemented by a superbly appointed American barn studio, both designed to harmonise with the surrounding landscape.

The main residence is a study in understated sophistication, defined by clean lines and curated materials. A Cheminee Philippe fireplace is encased in a striking stone surround, creating a warm and sculptural focal point within the living space. The designer kitchen is equally impressive, appointed with natural stone benchtops, an elegant curved island, bespoke timber cabinetry, and premium appliances, delivering a seamless balance of beauty and performance. Throughout the home, double-glazed windows, ducted split system heating and cooling, and underfloor heating in both bathrooms ensure year-round comfort; while a discreet spacious European laundry adds a layer of practical refinement. The ensuite bathrooms evoke the ambience of a boutique retreat; while thoughtful inclusions such as a water filtration system, and an extensive security camera network elevate both functionality and peace of mind.

Set apart, the American barn-style studio introduces a versatile and beautifully resolved secondary space, ideal for creative pursuits. Rich in character, it features soaring timber raked ceilings, a generous open-plan lower level, and a newly renovated kitchenette and bathroom of high calibre. A wood fire, split-system climate control, mains power, and water supply ensure comfort, while the loft retreat above offers additional flexibility.

The land itself is set in natural bushland, fully fenced and alive with texture and seasonal colour; while a dam provides an abundant water source for irrigation. Multiple water tanks, with a combined capacity of approximately 135,000 litres, further support the property’s sustainability. A recently graded driveway ensures ease of access, while additional infrastructure, including 2 storage containers and dedicated firewood areas, enhance the property’s practicality and future potential. Two 12-metre shipping containers have been thoughtfully positioned to frame a private courtyard space, ready to be transformed into a striking alfresco entertaining and dining pavilion.

Immersed in its natural setting, the property is a haven for native wildlife, with kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas, and an array of birdlife contributing to a profound sense of tranquillity and escape. Despite its seclusion, it remains within effortless reach of Daylesford and the wider region. A compelling lifestyle offering, where architectural elegance and luxury meet the timeless beauty of the Australian bush.
