A sparkling below-ground pool is situated in front of the home and the wide verandahs which wrap the residence provide the perfect vantage point from which to enjoy the view of the pool and the rolling hills beyond.

Step inside to find a long central hallway with soaring ceilings and stunning wide Jarrah floorboards. Beautifully renovated and restored throughout, the residence is light-filled and brimming with character. The floor plan follows the classic layout of the era with four bedrooms (one of which is currently used as a scullery) and a cosy lounge room accessed from the central hallway. Fireplaces feature in the bedrooms and lounge room and sparkling chandeliers provide a touch of luxury throughout the home.

A seamless extension to the rear of the residence incorporates a gorgeous kitchen and dining room which are light-filled and airy courtesy of large windows and double doors which provide direct access out to the verandah. The kitchen is complete with an integrated dishwasher, stone bench tops, 900mm Smeg Range Cooker and double farmhouse sink. A modern laundry and bathroom with a claw foot bath complete the home. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and a split system air conditioner provide year round comfort and there are also ceiling fans for air movement if required.

Set away from the home is an equally charming studio which is fronted by a large gabled patio. Perfect for visiting friends, extended family or to generate an extra income (STCA), the studio has been designed in keeping with the style of the residence and has Jarrah floorboards and high ceilings. The studio boasts a cosy living room, kitchenette, a spacious bedroom and a compact yet very functional ensuite bathroom.
