Directly opposite the rolling greens of Collier Park Golf Course and just moments from Curtin University, this neat three bedroom, one bathroom semi detached duplex sits in a location that continues to be one of Perth's most consistently sought after. Less than ten kilometres from the CBD, it offers the kind of convenience and lifestyle balance that appeals to first home buyers, investors and those looking to secure a foothold in a tightly held pocket of the city. The home is being sold in 'AS IS' condition, presenting a rare opportunity for buyers who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and breathe new life into a property that has been lovingly held by the same owner for more than three decades. There is genuine potential here for renovation, redesign or simply refreshing the existing spaces to suit your own style.A single carport sits to the right of the entry, and stepping inside you are welcomed by a generous loungeroom that immediately hints at the scale of the home. To the right, the dining area flows through to a practical kitchen, offering a functional base for future upgrades. All three bedrooms are well sized and feature built in robes, with the master enjoying semi ensuite access to the bathroom. The bathroom itself includes a separate bathtub, and a glass panelled shower, ready for modernisation or keep as it is.Properties in this location rarely linger in today's market, and opportunities with this level of potential are even harder to come by.Disclaimer: All information contained therein is gathered from relevant third parties sources.
