Tucked away from the southerly winds and summer crowds and bathed in northerly sun, this four bedroom, two storey home is full of versatility – either as a city getaway, or as a home for a coastal family.

It couldn’t be better situated. At the end of the street is Sandy Gully beach, an unspoilt secret favoured by locals. Aireys Inlet’s school, shops, and restaurants are a short stroll away. With your morning coffee in hand, check the nearby surf breaks before catching a wave – then rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading back inside. Or pick up the dramatic cliff top trail from the end of the street and wander to the iconic lighthouse café.

Store your boards, bikes and wetsuits in the double-car lock-up garage and walk through into a sun-filled living and kitchen, fresh from a morning splash. Stay cool in summer and cosy in winter with a central split-system powered, in part, by rooftop solar panels.

Floor-to-ceiling, double-glazed timber windows in the downstairs living area frame tranquil views of native trees, local birdlife and the creek that intersects the property – giving the sense of a larger bush block without the extensive maintenance required. Step onto the timber deck to unwind and entertain by the fire pit in the evening.

Upstairs, the generous bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes. One bedroom opens onto a light-filled study, perfect for hybrid work arrangements. The spacious fourth, north-facing bedroom offers the flexibility of an additional living area or playroom; the choice is yours.
