Some properties are ready to move into. Others are ready for someone to come along and make them their own.

Built in 1977, this brick and tile home sits on a generous 688sqm block with R20 zoning, offering an opportunity for renovators, investors and buyers who aren't afraid of a project.

The home has been stripped back internally and requires extensive renovation throughout. This is not a cosmetic renovation or a move-in-ready home, but an opportunity for someone wanting to start fresh and create something of their own.

With three bedrooms, multiple living spaces and a substantial block to work with, there's plenty of scope to reimagine what comes next.

TWO HOMES. TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT OPPORTUNITIES. ONE AUCTION NIGHT.
