Ateliér is Gurner's building on Johnston Street, Collingwood, designed by Cox Architecture to read like the warehouses the suburb was built on. Inside, the palette holds to that idea, with concrete left exposed overhead, complemented by stone, timber and Miele appliances in the kitchen. Residence 604 is a large two-bedroom plan on level six, its living and dining room turned to the east. The sunrise comes straight in, and on summer afternoons the room is out of the western sun.

- Two spacious bedrooms and two beautifully appointed bathrooms, including a generous master suite with walk-in robe and private ensuite
- East-facing living and dining, with morning sun through the year
- Two car spaces and a storage cage
- Ateliér Private Club: outdoor pool looking to the city skyline, spa, cinema and rooftop garden bar
- Technogym-equipped gym, boardroom and building concierge
- Collingwood Yards arts precinct next door, with Keith Haring's 1984 mural at the Wellington Street corner
- Smith Street about a hundred metres west; the 86 tram from the corner runs past the Carlton Gardens to Bourke Street

The building looks after the pool, the gym and the front desk. Collingwood does the rest. Offered by private sale, inspection by appointment.
