Visionary design, exceptional craftsmanship, luxe natural finishes, and unsurpassed lifestyle appeal are beautifully brought together in the exclusive 13th Beach Golf Links Estate, in this flawless family residence by high-end specialist Doherty Building Group.

In a modern interpretation of Mediterranean style, ‘La Casa Curvilínea’ – meaning ‘house of curves’ in Spanish – blurs the lines between art and architecture with a forward-thinking four-bedroom, three-bathroom design framing sensational pool and garden views from every sublime corner.

Unfolding beyond a curved Iron Ash façade, a wide entry foyer sets the tone for what’s to come, with a sculpted hallway and LED strip lighting making an immediate and lasting impression.

Exquisite custom interiors are inspired by the local coastal environment, pairing bespoke concrete floors with the warmth of Venetian plaster, custom cabinetry, and cleverly placed sky windows that elevate natural light and cross ventilation.

A wall of double-glazing leads past sunlit pool and garden outlooks to the social heart of the home where a gas log fireplace produces a warm and intimate ambience and full-height windows frame sweeping views of the 13th Beach Short Course.

A multi award winning kitchen delivers a showstopping blend of design and functionality, centred around a cantilevered Corian island bench that brings family and friends together. High end appliances – from the PITT gas hob and Fisher & Paykel oven suite to the integrated Miele dishwasher and Liebherr fridge/freezer – ensure effortless entertaining, supported by a generous butler’s pantry and a concealed bar complete with Vintec wine fridge and Zip HydroTap.

Never wavering from its purpose as a warm and welcoming family environment, the home’s four bedrooms are conceived as private sanctuaries, including the luxurious main suite featuring villa-style sliding doors, walk-in robe with full-height joinery, and a spa-style ensuite with circular bath and dual shower.

In a separate wing, the guest bedroom features its own ensuite providing a welcoming space for visitors, while two additional bedrooms are served by the family bathroom with freestanding tub, plus second living zone.

A focus on liveable luxury extends outdoors where a well-appointed barbecue kitchen with Husky drinks fridge provides all-weather entertaining, overlooking a circular freshwater pool with interlinked spa, solar and gas heating, and self-cleaning function. Rinse off sandy feet under the outdoor shower and, as sunset descends over the westerly landscape, gather family and friends around the firepit with custom micro cement seating.

A storage-laden laundry/mud room includes an Asko washer and dryer for family functionality and, should work be required between rest and recreation, a home office sets up an ideal home-based scenario with private entrance and a fitted workstation.

Climate control is delivered through hydronic under‑floor heating and wall panels, and slimline VRV units, while integrated smart technology underscores the home’s meticulous attention to every detail – from security, automated blinds, mood lighting, and weather monitoring to surround sound that extends to the powder room with its handcrafted pedestal basin.

Even the four car garage reflects thoughtful design for its gated community setting, with a 3.1m high clearance ideal for discreetly storing a boat or caravan.

Flawless in its execution and unmatched in its lifestyle offering, this prestigious residence stands confidently in a class of its own.
