This generous 2840m2 block is located just a 15 minute drive away from all the amenities of Ararat, but it also offers a great opportunity to get away from the hustle and bustle. Set up with a 35m2 lockable shed (accompanied with a 13,600 Litre water tank) ~ it's the perfect blank canvas to create a patch you want to keep coming back to. The property is only a short drive to Willaura (with its award-winning bakery) as well as the stunning Grampians, and just a short walk to the Hopkins River.
