This fantastic two-bedroom, open plan townhouse with ocean views from the kitchen window and the larger bedroom upstairs offers easy living and an affordable entry into one of Anglesea's most desirable precincts.

As you enter the property you are greeted by an open plan living/kitchen dining area with a split system to keep the room comfortable all year round. This area extends through glass sliding doors onto the expansive outdoor decking which is bathed in sun for most of the day, the perfect spot to enjoy an afternoon “G & T” in the sunshine or just relaxing with a book.

On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, one with built in robes, a family bathroom and separate powder room. Each bedroom has split system heating and cooling unit while the larger of the two benefits from lovely ocean vistas.

This property benefits from being positioned on the beach-side of the Great Ocean Road within the ever desirable Point Roadknight precinct. Wander down to the shores of Point Roadknight beach, grab a drink at the Rusty Anchor bar at the Anglesea Motor Yacht Club or journey further along the Surf Coast Walk track back into the Anglesea village and enjoy all that the town has to offer.

Privately positioned at the rear of a secluded development with off street parking and rear lane access, this property is also securely fully fenced to keep kids and pets contained. If you are looking to break into the beach side Point Roadknight precinct without breaking your bank account this easy living townhouse with beautiful blue water view is for you!
