Exhibiting a timeless design vocabulary that trades conventional luxury for raw, tactile authenticity, ‘Olive Hill’ establishes an immediate, deeply grounding sense of permanence across a 10 acres (approx.) corner position within the Peninsula’s undulating wine region.

Bound by a natural waterway and bushland, the property is an ecological haven, where the canopy of ancient trees plays host to a rich melody of birdlife. Extensive native garden landscaping surrounds the house, including a waterway bush-walk, reinforcing its connection to the natural landscape and creating a private, established setting.

Beneath the tongue and groove timber ceilings, slate crazy-paved flooring anchors the home’s entertaining proportions, while extensive glazing in the living areas and bedrooms provides unparalleled distant views across the olive grove and native bushland. Designed with an intelligent spatial rhythm, the layout introduces a well-appointed kitchen and two internal living zones, where a solid wood heater and an open fireplace offer a quiet, firelit retreat against the rural landscape. The sliding glass door opens onto approximately 100 square metres of tiered timber decking for the ultimate in outdoor entertaining, including a hot/cold plunge pool and two outdoor showers, introducing a practical wellness element under the sky.

Intelligently zoned within two wings, the three-bedroom, two-bathroom design features a master suite with a walk-in robe and ensuite. Comprehensively appointed with underfloor heating, a three-car carport, bocce pitch, and 56,000lt of rainwater storage, alongside a substantial separate-entry, fully powered farm shed, offering practical utility for the olive grove alongside independent workshop or entertaining flexibility. The estate includes approved residential plans for a house extension, a three-car garage and artist/wellness studio with full-height glazing, bathroom and deck.

The established olive grove gives the acreage purpose, producing some of the region’s finest olives, while providing a classic Peninsula vista from the home.
