Positioned along one of Australia's most iconic stretches of coastline, 715 Great Ocean Road in Bellbrae offers a rare opportunity to secure 14.68 acres of prime rural land in a truly unbeatable location. Just minutes from the legendary surf of Bells Beach and the relaxed, coastal lifestyle of Torquay, this property sits at the heart of the Surf Coast. With Geelong only a short drive away, you'll enjoy the perfect balance of peaceful country living and convenient city access. Surrounded by lush forests, stunning coastline, and the world-famous Great Ocean Road right at your doorstep, this is where nature, lifestyle and opportunity come together.

Held and loved by the same family for three generations, this picture-perfect property is brimming with potential. Whether you're dreaming of a private coastal retreat, hobby farm, agribusiness venture or even future subdivision (STCA), the possibilities are wide open. The land is fully fenced and features three dams, one stocked with fish, making it ideal for livestock or recreational use. A large livestock shed offers space for agricultural pursuits or storage, while a standalone double garage with roller door and a three-bay workshop/garden shed ensures there's ample room for all your vehicles, tools and projects.

Tucked privately away from the road and surrounded by mature trees and native plantings, the existing farmhouse offers a comfortable and welcoming place to settle in or expand upon. With four generous bedrooms, all with built-in robes, a functional kitchen overlooking the dining area, a spacious living room with cosy wood fire heater, and a light filled sunroom, the home is perfect for a growing family or as a weekend retreat. Two large undercover outdoor areas provide peaceful outlooks across the paddocks, dams and surrounding wildlife, adding to the sense of calm and connection to nature.

The land itself is, framed by an abundance of trees and filled with native birdlife, yet offers plenty of level ground to build your dream home or expand existing infrastructure. Opportunities like this are incredibly rare along the Great Ocean Road. This is your chance to secure a legacy property in one of Victoria's most sought-after regions.
