Just 7kms off the South Western Highway is just over 56ha (140 acres) of beauty that will stay with you and your family for generations to come. This property is set in the Mornington hills with views from the homestead down to the state forest that forms one boundary of the property. The driveway from the road disappears down to the home that is away from passing view and sits just below your own stand of Jarrah trees that join blackbutt trees on the property. Your home is completely self sufficient with your own source of power and water without connection or reliance on the grid.

The off grid power system is supported by an 8kva auto start generator to back up the large solar panel array, for when the rain is supplying the two interconnected water tanks that supply the home while the 2 dams and winter creek supports the stock within the property fenced for sheep or cattle.

The variety of fruit and nut trees are irrigated and supply a ready source to fill your walk in pantry. The pantry opens to the large oversized double garage that contains the laundry and mud room area at the rear. The double glazed windows in the living and kitchen areas provide uninterrupted views that are equally enjoyed by the deck that folds seamlessly into the 3m wide veranda surrounding 3 sides of the home. The high ceilings, wood fire and luxury kitchen appointments add to the space the family can enjoy coming together in. The warmth of the home is maintained with the wood framed home enjoying under floor insulation, cavity wall insulation and roof insulation .

Off the living areas, the large hallway that doubles as a breezeway through the home provides easy access to the family/theatre room coming before the four massive king size bedrooms. The master has a luxuriously appointed ensuite with double shower, corner spa bath and luxurious tiling with plenty of space to move. With automated curtains, you can enjoy the view over the valley each morning before even getting out of bed.

A large storage room and powder room to complete the internal luxury, this home has it all. A large 10m x 24m workshop with cool room and older wet areas allows serious work to be completed in this area. 2 x 4m wide roller doors and a personnel door provide ample access and houses the power batteries and power system for the property.

Ideally situated 15mins from Harvey, 40mins from Bunbury and 1 3/4 hours from Perth, you are far enough away without being too far to get all that you need, when you need it.
