Sunrise and sunset transform the landscape daily, creating an ever changing backdrop that makes this property feel like a private rural retreat. And the calibre of the surrounding properties reinforces the location's appeal, with high-end, multi-million-dollar homes bordering the property

THE ULTIMATE FAMILY & ENTERTAINER'S LIFESTYLE

Beyond the residences lies an impressive collection of lifestyle features designed for year round enjoyment. A spectacular 9 metre fibreglass swimming pool forms the centrepiece of the outdoor entertaining area, complete with waterslide, feature fountains, commercial grade umbrella, in floor cleaning system and an expansive shallow step - perfect for lounging, entertaining or young swimmers. The huge entertainers' decks capture the property's breathtaking outlook, while a dedicated fire pit and outdoor entertaining area create the perfect setting for evenings with family and friends.

For teenagers, guests or extended family, the additional party shed/teen retreat provides a private space of its own, complete with a fenced area, 10,000-litre water tank and separate gated driveway access.

PRIVACY, SPACE & SELF-SUFFICIENCY

The property is surrounded by established hedging, creating a sense of privacy and seclusion rarely found so close to the Gold Coast. Approximately one acre of private bushland sits at the foot of the property, affectionately known as the "Kangaroo Nursery", providing a natural buffer, additional privacy and a home for local wallabies. The fully fenced property includes multiple pet friendly zones, gated paddocks and established gardens featuring fruit trees including bananas and oranges. A charming red mini barn adds further versatility and could be utilised as a chicken coop, dog kennel, potter's shed or hobby space, with a fully enclosed mesh area. With approximately 100,000 litres of self-contained water storage, independent septic systems and substantial solar infrastructure, the property has been designed with independence and practicality in mind. All septic systems have recently been cleaned and pumped and are operating well.
