Ray White Wollert is proud to present an exceptional land banking opportunity at 765-785 Mt Ridley Road, Yuroke. Encompassing an expansive 102+ hectares (approx.) of usable, flat terrain, this premier parcel is strategically positioned just 29 aerial kilometres north of the Melbourne CBD. The property boasts an unrivalled location directly across the road from the rapidly expanding Craigieburn West Precinct Structure Plan (PSP), placing it firmly at the edge of Melbourne's relentless northern growth corridor.
This site represents a highly strategic acquisition with strong potential as a logical inclusion to the current Urban Growth Boundary (UGB). The property is tightly held within a precinct surrounded by major developer green wedge holdings, including strategic parcels owned by private developers, Wolfdene, and Growland. Furthermore, its immediate proximity to the Craigieburn West PSP means it directly neighbours major master-planned communities driven by industry giants such as Stockland, Pask, and HB Land. Supported by recent government budget initiatives that heavily prioritise new housing and vital infrastructure funding, the long-term upside of this expansive parcel makes it a formidable land banking asset for the visionary investor.
