475 Hectares of pristine bush

Located just 80 kilometers from the Perth metropolitan area, this 475 Ha (1,173 Ac) property offers a rare opportunity to secure land zoned Special Use, with an approved Structure Plan in place over a portion of the site for future subdivision and development focused on tourism and lifestyle.
The gently undulating landscape features a mix of yellow and grey sand, with coffee rock outcrops throughout. Native vegetation includes Jarrah, Blackbutt, Banksia, Woolybush, Grasstrees and a diverse range of coastal heath species that put on a magnificent display of wildflowers. The property is a recognised habitat area for Carnaby's Black Cockatoo's.
The Special Use zoning allows for a unique development opportunity beyond conventional land uses.
Information memorandum available on request with zoning, geology and flora and fauna information.
