Perched atop the highest point of the exclusive Kinloch Gardens Estate, The Tower House is a truly exceptional residence designed and once inhabited by distinguished architect Graeme Gunn. Commanding breathtaking 360-degree views and complete privacy, this architectural landmark seamlessly blends striking design with warmth, functionality, and an extraordinary connection to its natural surroundings.

Filled with natural light, the home's dramatic multi-level design showcases soaring ceilings, expansive living spaces, and leafy vistas from every angle. The living and dining room forms the heart of the home, centred around a crackling gas log fire and custom cabinetry. Alongside is the beautifully appointed kitchen that combines elegance and practicality with premium Bertazzoni and V-Zug appliances, a stone island bench, integrated fridge/freezer, and exceptional storage.

The large, flexible studio space was originally Graeme Gunn's architectural studio, and later the workspace of acclaimed landscape designer John French. This space is a unique opportunity for professionals, creatives, or families seeking an inspiring work-from-home environment or enjoyment from the home theatre system. Complete with its own entrance, kitchenette, and powder room, this area is a versatile as it is distinct.

Upstairs, the over-sized master bedroom features a walk-in dressing room, designer ensuite, and private north-facing deck. Two additional bedrooms are serviced by a stunning family bathroom. Up top, a quiet retreat opens to a spectacular rooftop deck providing unrivalled views stretching from Melbourne's city skyline all the way to the Kinglake Ranges.

Outside an elegant courtyard with soothing water feature, Wisteria-covered arbour and automatic awning flows out to an entertainer's deck with custom seating – a setting perfect for year-round enjoyment of the tranquil, shaded, bird-filled setting.

A list of features includes split system air conditioning, a large wine cellar with additional storage sheds, solar panels, watering system and a double carport.
