This charming hardiplank cottage offers all the nostalgia of its time, with sympathetic updates to make modern day life a little easier, reimagined with a contemporary feel.

Set back; off a quiet no through road on the absolute fringe of urban Melbourne, you feel immersed in nature, with its wandering garden paths and green outward views. The generously wide nature strip accentuates the peaceful location and also offers plenty of off-street parking. With lovely, polished floorboards and neutral finishes throughout, it is a blank canvas for the next owner.

Deceptively spacious, the front door opens into the lounge room, with plenty of space for couches and a spilt system to keep life comfortable year-round. The kitchen and generous dining area can easily be separated with sliding doors or keep open to enhance the open flow feel.

The updated kitchen has plenty of storage and benchtops and space for those who like to spend some time creating culinary satisfiers for the family. It is also positioned perfectly for entertaining and with the laundry adjacent perhaps a butler's pantry with Euro laundry may be in your future. Lots of lovely windows keep the spaces bright and light.

Polished floorboards flow through into the bedrooms. The Master is at the rear with built in robes, while the two remaining bedrooms are both good sizes. The bathroom is neat, neutral and with a lovely bath made for soaking Sunday afternoons away.

Outside, there are spaces for outdoor eating, and exploring. Tucked into the rambling rear garden is a sweet shed currently used as storage but could make a lovely work from home space or studio.
Lots of space under the house for a possible car port for a cherished possession and additional storage, new fencing to the east, loads of privacy- move in ready and utterly delightful.

Only five minutes' drive from Healesville Main Street and much closer to Badger Creek Primary School and Badger Weir and of course the Healesville Sanctuary.

Having a solid history of running as a BnB; the property shows solid annualised returns. Average gross annual income over the last 4 years shows a return in excess of $53,000 per annum. We are happy to provide greater detail on income and expenditure for those interested in running their own BnB

This home is sure to delight!
