This architecturally striking three-storey home on 8.9 hectares (22 acres) in Stokers Siding was designed and built by its owners as a forever family home - and every detail tells that story. With magnificent Mt Cougal and the Springbrook Ranges on the horizon, a private bush setting, lush rainforest, acres to play, and refreshing coastal breezes, this is a place that asks you to slow down, breathe it in, and stay.

Welcome home
A sweeping bitumen and concrete driveway winds up through the property before arriving at a grand double-door entrance - and from the moment you step into the tiled foyer, expansive windows bathe the home with light, and the views open gloriously before you.

At the very heart of it all stands the showstopping Australian hardwood staircase, a sculptural centrepiece that rewards every landing with a breathtaking angle on the world outside. Full-thickness Spotted Gum hardwood floors gleam, soaring ceilings reach for the sky, and bespoke timber features capture your eye from every direction.

Bifold doors open the dining room to the wraparound verandah while glass sliding doors connect the lounge to the verandah, so the whole living space breathes outward into the warmth and the view. Set up the alfresco table, settle into a day bed with your favourite book, gaze into the distance as the breeze rustles through the nearby rainforest. Inside, a stunning stone-backed woodfire anchors the living room keeping the space toasty and making the home feel like exactly where you're supposed to be.

This kitchen is a foodie's dream. Sleek and modern with generous bench space, abundant storage, an island bench with attached seating, top appliances and beautiful modern fixtures - all while those views stretch out before you.

Sweet dreams are made of this
The beauty of this home is that it's designed for the way families actually live - connected at the heart, with space to spread out and a sanctuary for everyone. The ground floor offers two bedrooms with built-in robes, with each bedroom opening to a covered patio leading into the garden. There's a welcoming spacious living area and a bathroom - perfectly set up for teenagers, extended family or guests who need their own private haven within this remarkable home.

The master bedroom is its own world on the top floor. A walk-in robe, a stylish ensuite, and a large, covered balcony to step out onto and watch the morning unfold. There's a separate space, ideal for a nursery, and library nook/study to complete the upper level - a parent's retreat in every sense.

The bathrooms throughout are a quiet luxury: large feature tiles, sleek modern fittings, with the main having his-and-her sinks and a bathtub.

Wander the grounds
Step outside and let 8.9 hectares reveal its magic. Bush tracks wind through the property - walk them in the morning quiet, ride them on bikes, and let the children discover them in play. There's a dam for the ducks, a creek to explore, a kids' cubby for little adventures, and even a rock-climbing room.

Pick fruit from the trees, start a vegie patch and get the chooks you've been dreaming about - you can be self-sufficient here. There's a levelled 20x30m area ready for whatever you dream next (STCA). There's room for horses, an arena, and a round yard. The land holds enormous possibility.

There's a large two-bay shed on a separate part of the property, ready for action and ideal to store your equipment. The Northern Rivers Rail Trail is just 3.5km away for family bike rides, and World Heritage rainforest is right on the doorstep.

Solar panels in place with easy conversion back to off-grid, NBN, 2 x 7,500-gallon poly water tanks, 3-bay parking plus large double-bay shed, split system air-conditioning, and new lower-level carpet.
