This property has been tightly held for years and the many generations who have lived here are going to miss this beautiful property.

The cute house is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with polished boards and open living. There are large open decks to the both the front and the rear of the home and you either overlook the Perth Hills or your look out over your large family swimming pool and back paddocks.

Also there is a well sized Shed which includes a fully equipped Studio - perfect as the Teenagers retreat or work from home office.

In years gone by this was a well set up Horse property with Stables and WIWO yards and also a riding area. The 2 large paddocks at the front of the property have good pasture and safe fencing. There are more paddocks at the rear of the property and also numerous Fruit Trees.

The location is very quiet and you are surrounded by Horse properties, lifestyle properties or just those who want to get away from neighbours and have space for the Kids to explore.

Located in the heart of the Swan Valley, you are only;
• 10 mins to Midland
