Set in the heart of Bullarto, just moments from Daylesford and Trentham, this magnificent 6,100m² (approx.) parcel of land offers a rare opportunity to secure a piece of local history in an incredibly picturesque setting.

Known as Bullarto House, the property was once home to the Pine Cone Motel — a nod to its rich past, with the original hotel sign still standing proudly at the entrance. Beautiful stone and wrought iron gates frame the entry, while historic stone walls, softened by established ivy, add character and timeless appeal.
The land unfolds in gentle tiers, blending open grassed areas with majestic mature trees that provide dappled shade and year-round beauty — the kind of established landscape that takes generations to create. Whether you're seeking a peaceful country retreat or a future home site (STCA), the land offers flexibility and inspiration, with scope to build amidst a truly special natural backdrop.

At the rear, the property adjoins a botanical reserve, further enhancing its sense of tranquillity and privacy. Practical features include a fully equipped bore, water tank, and a large 114m² shed with excellent storage or workshop potential.

While power is not currently connected within the property, it is readily available at the front boundary, providing ease for future connection. Additionally, water infrastructure is already in place, with underground water lines and taps positioned throughout the property — a valuable asset for future landscaping or development plans.

With its rich history, inspiring natural beauty, and proximity to the region’s most desirable townships, Bullarto House is a rare and remarkable opportunity to create something enduring in the heart of the Macedon Ranges.
