An enchanting escape from the ordinary. From the natural gully lows to the soaring heights of the occasional rocky outcrop, every undulation and vantage point has a story to tell.

Power runs though the 187 acre property, traversing a picturesque potential building site (STCA). Constructing a home with wide verandahs or picture windows will give you the opportunity to observe birdlife and wild ducks splashing in the dam, and allow you to enjoy the company of native wildlife including even the occasional visit from some kangaroos.

In many ways the property is still in its natural pristine state. Virtually untouched by invasive farming practices, the land has been gently tended to by generations of grazing stock which benefit from the abundant clover and native grass coverage. Dotted towering red gums and box trees provide shade and shelter, while enhancing the majesty of the landscape.

The land is a mix of red and black productive loam soils with some sedimentary rock. Fenced into two paddocks, it is suitable for grazing, fattening and breeding of all types of livestock. Substantial water provision includes two dams with high prospects of underground water.

This stunning property is equally suitable for tree-changers and locals increasing their landholdings. Unencumbered by decisions made in bygone eras, this is a remarkable chance to sculpt the land to exactly suit your needs. Excellent bitumen road frontage, and only 10 minutes from popular Heathcote, 25 minutes from Kyneton, 40 minutes from Bendigo and 90km from Melbourne Airport.
