Nestled just outside town limits of Raglan this picturesque land holding comprises approx. 90 acres with a Farming Zone under the Pyrenees Shire.

With stunning to views to Mount Cole, the block is largely cleared with scattered gum trees, multiple dams and a meandering creek that adds to this idyllic setting. The property has some elevated sites that would be ideal home sites (STCA) noting Planning Approvals would be required through the Pyrenees shire to put a dwelling on this site. The property is fully fenced with a recent history of sheep grazing and has frontage to the Amphitheatre Rd and the Chute Raglan Road along with access of the Raglan Elmhurst Rd.

The small town of Raglan is located near the base of Mount Cole on doorstep to the Pyrenees Wine Region and enjoys easy access to the Western Hwy for the Melbourne commute, with nearby amenities in Beaufort (9.4km’s) and Ballarat (58km’s).
