Sarah Goodwin is proud to present Lot 252 Hill Street, Waroona - a substantial 2.9 -hectare Urban Development site offering an exciting opportunity to shape the future of this thriving regional town.
Positioned in the heart of Waroona, this is more than just a parcel of land - it's a chance to bring a vision to life. The Shire of Waroona is genuinely invested in seeing this site developed and is keen to work closely with the successful purchaser. Appealing to a broad demographic, Waroona attracts young families seeking a supportive community, retirees drawn to the tranquillity of country living, and FIFO or mining workers who value its convenient location and lifestyle balance.
This is a rare opportunity to partner with a proactive local Shire and help shape the next chapter of Waroona's growth.
