Defined by its extraordinary rooftop garden surrounds and stunning 300⁰ views that span all the way up the Yarra River to the towers of the CBD, this expansive 390sqm approx. (incl. balcony) ‘Yarra Grand’ penthouse is a remarkably peaceful treetop offering that enables you to enjoy the surreal contrast of being soothed by local birdsong while marvelling at a big city panorama that can never be built out. One of just three occupying the entire ninth floor / top floor, the home is a bold celebration of light and proportion that sits unequivocally at the upper echelon of Melbourne’ urban penthouse experience.

Spilling out to its private, Tuscan-inspired ‘garden in the sky’ - where multiple seating and entertaining areas enjoy a delightful grapevine canopy and are calmed by the sounds of a water feature - the home’s heart is its central renovated kitchen / meals. Intelligently appointed with two discrete study nooks and huge steel windows, the kitchen / meals enjoys its own front-row seat to the gardens and the views, while a semi-attached dining and living domain is impressively scaled and especially sophisticated with the city’s towers providing its own Manhattan-like backdrop.

The primary bedroom is palatially proportioned with an extravagant amount of built-in robe storage, its own renovated and stone-topped designer ensuite and effortless connection to more garden areas with their own sweeping views, while the remaining bedrooms also offer impressively sized and robed accommodation. Securely accessed via video entry and fob-activated elevators, the apartment also features secure basement parking for two vehicles with the opportunity to acquire permit parking for another three, plus there is a separate laundry, extensive storage and reverse cycle heating / air conditioning.

Merely metres from the banks of the Yarra River and the buzz of South Yarra’s Chapel Street before it becomes Richmond’s Church Street, this is a dress circle location surrounded by stunning café culture, world class dining options, endless bars, nightlife, parkland and transport.
