Just over 100 acres of secluded farmland totally surrounded by state forests.

Combination of productive grasslands and some of the districts most spectacular coastal views.

Located amongst State forests on the Eastern tip of the Alberton West ranges, this 100 acre grazing property is truly a hidden gem!

A central ridge through the property provides a panoramic view of the southern coastline like no other.

To the east… the coastal village of Port Albert and Port Welshpool, across the miles of sheltered waterways including Snake Island and Sunday Island, all of this literally "at your feet".

Around to the south, the serene waters of corner inlet with the ever-majestic mountains of Wilson's Promontory in the background.

Without exaggeration, this is an exhilarating view that constantly changes with the light, undoubtedly one of the region's most breathtaking outlooks over the Gippsland coast and surrounding farmlands.

Quite remarkable to have such an outstanding panoramic view only a few minutes off the South Gippsland Highway!

This is a property that has been in the same farming family for generations only coming onto the market due to retirement plans.

No neighbours, no services, just the quiet of the adjoining forest.
